During this funding period, university faculty members offered twelve web-based courses from six Departments of Special Education in Florida's Public Universities. The course titles, originating university, faculty member, semester/session, and number of students enrolled in each on-line course are listed in the chart below. This list represents an increase in the variety of courses offered during 2003-04 through the Virtual ESE Program. During 2000-01, ten web-based distance-learning courses were offered with a total of 241 students registered for those courses. In 2003-04, approximately 445 students registered for Virtual ESE Program courses.
